Plus Rust Treatment
Plus Rust Converter and Primer is an aqueous chemical solution which in non volatile and non-flammable. It has a phosphoric acid base but contains no varnish or adhesives. Through its unique chemical action, Plus Rust Converter and Primer dissolves rust deep into the metal surface and totally eliminates its effect. No part of the metal is lost through rust flaking but instead is reverted to a useful metal coating. It will convert the rust that is formed back to a part of the metal itself, a ferrous substance. No part of the metal is lost, as opposed to sand blasting or wire brushing. A barrier to air and moisture is formed.

Plus Anti Corrosive Metal Primer (Water Thinnable)
This product is a alkyd based, water thinnable zinc phosphate anti corrosive primer which gives a high level of protection and adhesion to steelwork. This product does not contain acrylic.
It contains no lead and is of low toxity.
A high level of protection may be achieved when top coated with most air- drying coatings within moderate environments.
This metal primer has been especially developed for use on metal surfaces that have been treated with Plus Rust Converter and Primer.
It may also be used on non-ferrous metals such as galvanised roofs, aluminum etc. It has been also formulated with inhibitors to prevent flash rusting in order to provide long term protection of metal surfaces.
